2,Shipping Methods and time
We ship to worldwide main cities that have DHL, Fedex, or EMS Express service, with the same cost.
You can choose appropriate sculpturing and shipping methods to meed your need, the cost may different according to different priority.
At present, we offer 4 sculpturing and shipping methods for you to choose:
1, ships within 2-3 weeks.
2, ships within 15 days
3, ship within 10 days
4, ship within 5 days.
For example, if you choose "ships within 15 days" on 1 May, then we will arrange to complete your order and send out by DHL before 16 May. and usually, you may expect to get it 3-5 days later.
3,Shipping Damage Claims.
All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damange case seldom happen. If you get damaged dolls, please take photos and contact us soon.(Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 24 hours after you get it).
